SPIC 2025 International Conference registration fee can be paid in USD via Paypal. This payment method accepts credit cards. Once you paper is accepted, please follow the guide to make the payment and your payment should include both registration fee and extra page charge if your paper exceeds 4 pages (USD 50 per extra page up to 10 pages):
Note: Please send us your completed Registration Form via email (icspic@163.com) after you paid the registration fee. If the payer is not you (i.e., the registrant), you also need to send us the Paypal transaction record/receipt that can show to us that the transaction was made for you. The subject line of your email should be “SPIC 2025 Registration” + “Registrant’s Name” + “Paper ID (if applicable)”.
1. Each paper must be no more than 4 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references). Extra pages will be charged $50 (US dollars) per extra page.
2. At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration by the requested registration deadline.
3. The student price is only applicable to the First author who is a full-time student currently who attached their student’ ID card copy when register.
4. The payment methods will be indicated on the registration form, for which the download link will be indicated on the notification letter. Please look out for your email.
5. Please send the required documents:1.)final paper; 2.)signed copyright form; 3.)filled registration form; 4.)payment proof to icspic@163.com to finish the registration.
The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference, but substitute participants are welcome.
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
For your property safety, please take good care of your belongings, and valuables should be deposited to the front desk during the conference. If things lost, the conference organizer shall not be responsible for yours
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Delegates need to reserve rooms themselves, and we advise you to reserve rooms as early as possible. Except for the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby.
